Hi Zineb,
Essentially, yes – you do have a choice between submitting rejections of inward billing prior to SIS via IS-Web or via ICH Web (since you are an ICH member). However, if your billing partners decide to dispute/respond to these rejections in SIS, then you will also be required to submit any subsequent dispute of these transactions in SIS.
Additionally, migrated members can call the option of blocking F12 claims from their billing partners – this option can be in effect as early as Sep 2012. For more details please refer to the post Grace period for inward and outward billings in the Rules, Policies, and Codes discussion board.
Given the above reasons, and also taking into consideration that the ICH Web is bound to be discontinued in April 2013, we encourage SIS members to migrate their billings as soon as possible in order to fully benefit from the system.
Hope this answers your question.
Regards,
Ashley

I thank you for your reply. You said "we can", so i can understand that we have the choice between submitting rejections of inward billing prior GO-LIVE via IS-WEB or continue via ICH WEB like we do today.
If we have the choice, as a non migrated carrier we prefer to submit via ICH WEB. Is there any problem with this ??
Kind regards,
Zineb
