SIS confirmation on files uploaded
Would SIS provide a confirmation mail that the files have been successfully uploaded or we need to refer to the SIS dashboard? |

Dear Nilesh,
You will not receive a confirmation email; instead, you will receive a Validation Report as soon as the validation process is completed. You can also of course see this information in the IS Dashboard.

Would the validation report be sent as en email or we would need to download it from the website or from particular folder from where it can be picked up. Also what is the format of this validation report.

Dear Nilesh,
The Validation reports will be sent on iiNet as they are too big for emails. They will be available in CSV format.
They can also be downloaded from the IS-Web manually.

according to ISPG 4.3.3 the email will list "all the errors encountered". Will there be a Validation Report in case there are no errors?

Hi Antje,
Yes - there will be a validation report regardless of whether or not there are errors in the files submitted. In case there are validation errors, there will also be a separate report Excel list of these.
