Address element fields

Hi, Do we still need to put the element AddressLine2 in the xml file even if it has no data? ex. In our sandbox testing we don't put it in the xml file as it has no data and it is flagged as error. Thanks. Jaime

Hi Jaime,

You do not need to populate the element AddressLine2 if it contains no data. This is also not a mandatory field and therefore you will not need to include this in the IS-XML file if this field is not populated.

Please note that mandatory fields such as IATA code and location ID will need to be populated. If you have encountered an error in your file relating to AddressLine2, please send an email to SIS Operations (sisoperations@iata.org) and they will be able to further assist.

Kind regards,

Ashley
