SFI 32, element no. 86: 20A/N or 2A/N?

Element no. 86 is described with 20 A/N but the positions show 453-454, indicating the field is 2 A/N only.
If 20 A/N was correct the SFI has a total length of 518 which is contrary to the ISPG, page 17: "The length of the IS-IDEC records is extended to 500 characters. "
Option 1: The element 86 actually is 20 A/N, then the filler (element no 88) should be reduced to comply with the total lenght of 500.
Option 2: The element 86 actually is 2 A/N, then everything else is consistent.

Thanks. Ticket #155 created and this discussion will be updated when a decision is made (probably making it 20 long and shortening the filler).
