Frequent Flyer Source Codes

My understading is the Frequent Flyer Redemption Coupon Billing Source Codes are to be used only by bilateral agreement.

We are finding some airlines are billing us under the Frequent Flyer Source Codes without our agreement.

In SIS, can we reject a source code 90 billing under source code 04, or do we have to use source code 91? Will we encounter any validation errors?

Thanks
Konda/QF

Hi Konda,

SIS will allow a billing with Source Code 90 to be rejected with SC 4. So in the case that you have been incorrectly billed using SC 90 you can reject it in this manner.

Best,
Ashley
