Retrieving supporting documents
Hello,
Please advise...is there an ftp process or is it manual for a BILLED entity to retrieve the supporting documents submitted to SIS? The information below from the ISPG doesn't say for sure if it's a manual process.
By configuring the Member Profile, the Billed Entity can request for a batch file to be created and made available every billing period for each Billing Category containing all Supporting Documents uploaded for the Invoices billed in that period. |

Dear Lori,
There are 2 options to retrieve Supporting Documents:
1. via the FTP Process - batch archive file 2. On IS-Web (but only for a restricted period)
Best regards

I think this has been asked before but I don't see an answer...
We need the following information from SIS so we can set up
FTP or SFTP on our side:
User Name
Password
Server
File Name or File Pattern for both IS-IDEC and supporting documents. We assume we can use the file names in the ISPG section 12.1.2.

Dear Debby,
The Sign-Up Guide, when released, will contain the connectivity information to SIS.
