When will SIS-UATP go live?

I noticed in Pilot Guide, UATP is not involved in Pilot Testing. I'd like to know what is IATA's plan for SIS-UATP, such as is there any kind of pilot testing for SIS-UATP? When will it go live? Together with P\C\M or later? How long is the migration period?

UATP is planning to do a pilot in Q4 2011 with small group, and to migrate everything in Q1 2012 as per their presentation to the ICH User Group in October.
