IS WEB: Correspondence
Dear All,
we assume that Correspondence invoices sent via XML can also be seen in IS WEB. We could not find sth. actual in ISPG. Please confirm.

Dear Sandra,
Correspondence for Passenger and Miscellaneous can be managed only via IS-Web. This can be found in ISPG section 5.6 / "Rejection & Correspondence Process", 4th paragraph : " The process of Correspondence is managed via IS-WEB and this will be only medium available to the billing / billed entities to communicate".

Thank you very much for your help. What about the Rejections? Can Rejections sent via XML be seen in IS WEB view, as SIS supports Rejections Invoices to be submitted electronically via XML as well as manually captured via IS WEB (according to ISPG).
