Correspondences Process
Hi Ashley how are you?
Once again I need your assistance, I don't know if i understand well, for this i would like of your confirmation, the correspondence process must only be done via ISWEB? All process will be managed by SIS, correct?

Ok thank you. More a question, the correspondence process is managed in SIS, but to finalize it the billing memo can be issued in our Revenue Accounting System or in ISWeb i mean this no happens automatically after the correspondence have been initialized. It's necessary an action of user, correct?

Hi Geralda, That’s correct – the final Billing Memo will need to be initialized by the user. This can be done via file (IS-IDEC, IS-XML) or manually in IS-Web. Please make sure that you link the Billing Memo with the correspondence number. Regards, Ashley From: VIANA Geralda
