Could you please inform me if as a billing entity there is a way to do download files from ISwebsite for our receivable billing.

Hi Geralda, You can download your Offline Archive Files (for both payables and receivables) manually in SIS. Please access the General – File Management – Download File to see these files. They are also delivered to your iiNET accounts every billing period. Regards, Ashley From: VIANA Geralda
