invoice in SIS and ICH-WEB
dear Ashley,
I would like to know if it is normal that, an airline which migrate in a certain period, bill in both SIS and ICH-WEB for Miscellaneous category. It is more usefull for passenger category because of migration for a certain category. Is it norma in Miscellaneous category ??
I have an other query, a manual migration for miscellaneous category means billing from IS-WEB ? After a manual migration, we should receive invoices from SIS, isn't it ?
Thank you in advance.

Dear Zineb, Yes – you can migrate certain charge categories/charge codes at different times. This is normal and some airlines are indeed taking this approach. Manual migration means capturing invoices using IS-Web. This is one of the migration approach and yes – you will be able to see the invoices in SIS as these transactions are considered migrated. Hope this clarifies.
