correspondence process
Hello,
I expected that the correspondence references (when replying to a correspondence) to be created automatically within SIS but if am not wrong this isnt the case.
Please advice.

Hi Ignace, Would you clarify what you mean by correspondence references? Do you mean the correspondence reference number? If so then this is automatically generated by SIS when you initiate the first correspondence. Regards,
