CARGO record structure
Hi,
What is the meaning of element 70 – Reason Code - on Rejection Memo AWB Breakdown Record (SFI 26)? (Page 66 on CGO IS-IDEC Record Structure V3.1.1) The field description is "To exchange data on a bilateral basis" and its Ref. no is R20 The same ref. no appears on Rejection Memo Record (SFI35) as element 12 but the description here is that it is the reason code to raise the rejection. (Page 41 on CGO IS-IDEC Record Structure V3.1.1) Are the 2 elements different? I am not sure what is the data that this field should be populated with on each of the 2 SFI'S
Thank you, Michael |

Hi Michael,
Element 70 of SFI 26 is, as defined, for any bilateral data exchange.
Element 12 of SFI 35 should contain a valid Reason Code as defined in the ISPG v3.2 Section 4.4.
Best regards
