Contact Assigment
We have been working from 3x documents provided by IATA to guide us through our member profile set-up (Member profile template from IATA SIS website, SIS Signup and Certification Guide, Content of help section within IS-WEB).
We are struggling to work out our 'Contact Assigments' in terms of which users need to be associated with each assigment type? The documents tell us the headings of the Contact Assignments, but not their purpose! Whilst some of the Contact Assignment titles are obvious, others are less so.
Please can you provide more guidance, or point me in the right direction, about the purpose of each, and what the assocated action is? This will help us assign the correct names, leading to a smooter internal implementation.
