Incoming Rejections

Hi all,

We noticed that some of the Misc rejection invoices are coming like an original invoice without any rejection specific fields. If by any chance we pay attention to description field we understand that this is a reject invoice.

Is it possible sending reject invoice like an original invoice without those rejection nodes ? (RejectionFlag etc.) We think that SIS should validate those invoices. If not we'll have problems since we'll post those invoices automatically and to do that we should be able to distinguish original invoice and reject invoice.

Regards,

Hi Yusuf,

Would you be able to raise a SIS Help Desk case for this and provide the invoice numbers so that we can investigate further?

Thanks,
Ashley
