IS XML - 'Not Supported'

 
Dear SIS,
 
According to 'SIS P3-IATA IS XML Invoice Standard-V3.1.1.,
there is this express 'Not Supported' in the 'SIS-Miscellaneous Catergory Billing' column, such as a CountryCode_ICAO.
 
What does this mean of 'Not Supported'.
 
In case of 'Not Supported', value for this CountryCode_ICAO
field don't need to be provided?

Dear Keum Ja,

 

Not Supported means that the field could not be used for the related type of invoice. This applies to fields that are dedicated to Passenger and not usable for Miscellanous or vice versa.
