Hi,
Please, could you help me with the question below.
how long inward and outward billing data as like ISIDEC, ISXML AND OAR files remain on the ISWEB data base?

Dear Geralda, All SIS output files (e.g. OARs, IS-IDEC, IS-XML) will remain on the SIS system for 90 days. However, please note that purging the Output Files does not delete the underlying data. Transaction data will remain on IS-Web for the entire duration of the transaction active cycle and can be retrieved via IS-Web. Regards, Ashley From: VIANA Geralda
