IS WEB VIEW: Can we see Rejections sent via XML in IS WEB?

Dear Ashley,

Thank you very much for your help concerning the Correspondence. What about the Rejections? Can Rejections sent via XML be seen in IS WEB view, as SIS supports Rejections Invoices to be submitted electronically via XML as well as manually captured via IS WEB (according to ISPG).

Thank you very much in advance for your help.
Best regards
Sandra

Dear Sandra,

Yes, Rejections can be seen in IS-Web and from there you can initiate a Correspondence, which, as mentioned in my previous reply to your question, can only be done via IS-Web.

Also, if you have a non-migrated partner or manual partner, they must be able to access the Rejection Memo through IS-Web in order to further respond by raising the next stage rejection or to initiate a Correspondence. Therefore, no matter which format your Rejections are submitted in, they are visible in IS-Web.

Kind regards
