correspondence
Just a concern.
Prior to SIS we used to avoid duplicate debits by demanding that Authorities to bill are debited using original documents/letters.
Inside the SIS enviroment how do we prevent one document being presented through correspondence twice.
Regards;Ignace.

Dear Ignace, When you initiate a correspondence, SIS will validate that no correspondence has been issued prior to this. So you will not be able to initiate correspondence for a transaction more than once.
