SIS RAM
Regarding the minimum invoice value shown in the SIS RAM please could you confirm if this relates to credits also?
2.2 Minimum Value for Invoices
2.2.1 Invoices should not be issued for less than USD25, however multiple items of less than the minimum value each may be combined on a single invoice totaling USD25 or more, provided that they all have the same Charge Category.

Dear Hayley,
The RAM is silent on the minimum value for credit billing, so the minimum value for invoices does not apply in the case of credit billings.
