Correspondence - Ready to submit button

After having intiated the 1st correspondence after the 3rd rejection memo in IS-Web, I have been puzzled by the button "Ready to submit", not knowing well what it would trigger.
I have chosen the button "send" instead, meaning that the new correspondence was sent to the other airline for debate, but in which case "ready to submit" should be used. The SIS User Guide V2.0 does not give information about it.
Many thanks in advance for your explaination.

Dear Marie-Laure,

‘Ready to Submit’ means that you have finished with the correspondence but do not want to send it yet. You may choose to use this button as a part of the workflow in your organization – for example, one person creates the correspondences, another reviews all ‘Ready to Submit’ correspondences and sends them.

Hope that clarifies.

Regards,

Ashley
