Supporting Documents
Pls advise whether a carrier can choose to receive the supporting document file in Index based approach or Folder based approach.

These are not mutually exclusive. You'll get a package (ie, zip) that is in a folder structure but with an index file that points to the files in the relevant folders.

Hi there, will we get the INDEX.XML or/and the INDEX.CSV within the supporting documents package?
Are there differences in the naming conventions between billed or billing supporting documents zips?
