billing memo with SC75- correspondence stage
Dear Sir,
We created a billing memo in IS-Web with "Authority to debit" from our partner in correspondence stage.
The billing memo was issued with SC75 , Reason code 6A, but the fields (SC& RC) were not changable by users. Instead, they were filled automatically by system.
We want to know how we can change SC 75 to SC09 to avoid unnecessary rejections from our partner carriers.
