AWB Reason Code
When sending an Cargo I-DEC file, in the AWB Data Record, element #49 -Reason Code -- wouldn't this alway be blank? |

Hi Debra,
Not necessarily. This is a field to exchange information bilaterally with your billing partners. So depending on what has been agreed with your partners, this field may or may not contain information.
