Transmission Header and Transmission summary

Hi,

The sample data file contains nodes like Transmission Header and Transmission summary. Are we going to populate the fields in these nodes ?

If yes, then what is the logic to find TransmissionDateTime, version, Transmission ID, TransmissionData name, Invoice count ?

Regards,
Azuan

Dear Azuan,

Transmission header and transmission summary are mandatory fields that are used technically to ensure the transmission is correct.
For example,
- TransmissionDateTime is self- explanatory, you can use the time where you create the file.
- Transmission ID is your information that your system creates in SIS; we do not process them.
- Transmission Data @ Name is not mandatory - you may use it only if you need to send information.
- Invoice count is a mandatory field that is used to ensure the file is complete, so the number of invoices reported in the file is according to the number of invoices we count in the file.

Hope this clarifies.
Best regards
