Rejections & Correspondence prior to SIS
Please can you clarify, for current rejection and correspondence claims in-progress at the time of our migration - should these continue to be rejected / corresponded outside of SIS to their natural conclusion, or can they be picked-up and continued in SIS despite the fact the prime billing was prior to SIS and there will be no history/audit?

Dear Russell,
Current rejection and correspondence claims can be processed in SIS once you have started your migration. However, please note that once a claim is responded in SIS, it has to stay in SIS (i.e. any following responses - whether rejection or correspondence - must be done in SIS).
Hope this clarifies.
Best regards
