Hi Ashley,

As per the latest information, SIS goes live in P1 Oct 2011, which means airlines can start submitting invoices from to SIS from 8 Oct onwards when P1 Oct 11 is open. Output files will then be available 2-3 days after P1 Oct is closed. i.e 16-17 Oct 11.

Is there a time range when the output files will be scheduled to be pushed down from iiNET to the airline's system, e.g. 16 Oct between 0030 to 0200 hrs YMQ time? Also, will there be a published calendar that we can refer to, to know when to expect the output files pushdown? We are trying to obtain this information to schedule certain batch jobs in our system.

Additionally, I am trying to obtain the iiNET automated account ID and password as I understand this will give us access to some functions e.g. Ability to check or track file transmission? Is this correct? Where do I get this information from pls? Our iiNET automated account has been set up, but we were not given any ID and password, so I wanted to check this part.

Thanks!

Rgds,
Charissa

Hi Charissa,

Time range when output files will be created and sent through iiNET is detailed in the IS Calendar, which will be available on IS-Web at go-live.

As for the iiNET account credentials, please contact iiNET Customer Care directly (iinetcare@iata.org).

Kind regards,

Ashley

Hi Ashley,

I tried to look for the Calendar on IS-WEB today, but not sure where it is located. Could you pls help direct me? I attached a screenshot of what I see in IS-WEB. I was looking for a downloadable calendar in PDF format that could show us the schedule for the entire year.

I did however see an Upcoming Milestones box with an IS tab. There is this item "Sep 2011 P4 Billing Output Generation" scheduled for 11 Oct, but I could not see any "Oct 2011 P1 Billing Out Generation"?

I see, I tried a few times to ask iiNET Systems (systems@iata.org) with iiNET Care iiNET Care (iinetcare@iata.org) copied in the email, but to-date did not seem to get any reply. Will try again but email to iiNET Care directly then.

Thanks!
