Services covered by Section 8 of the IATA Standard Ground Handling Agreement (SGHA) are not referred to in the Participation Guide at all.
Handling LM would be a suitable charge code for such services (Charges relating to maintenance and engineering handling of aircraft at ground stations while in transit or during scheduled stops away from the airline‟s base. Includes ground services such as water replenishment and toilet servicing.) But this charge code belongs to the charge category engineering(!).
In this case we couldn't invoice Section 8 Services together with other ground handling items, because of charge category is a header information.
But our customer expect to be charged for Section 8 Services and other ground handling services in a single invoice.
Please advice how to cope with this mismatching.

staff in the performance of their tasks.
