Sandbox not working
Dear all,
we followed the steps in your document "SIS File Submission on iiNET" and sent several files to SIS Sandbox.
However, no validation report is generated nor can we see any invoice or files in the sandbox environment.
Will you extend the sandbox testing phase as this seems to be a problem of the Sandbox?

We are currently experiencing some issues with the sandbox environment. It is being looked at now and should be resolved soon. We will provide an update shortly.

Hi Alex,
Can you advise if the issues with the sandbox have been resolved? We submitted our acceptance of the Terms of Use on Tuesday (16/08) but have not yet received details of our credentials to access the sandbox.

However, no menu line is available to do the next steps. Please refer to the attached screen.

Dear all,
our files sent to the sandbox have the status "Sanity Check Passed Phase I". What does this mean? Why do the files remain in this state? Shouldn't there be a further validation check?
