File naming convention supporting documents

Dear all,

there is no file naming convention defined for supporting documents. This led to errors on our side for example in case of asian characters during the Pilot testing. Why is there no file naming convention defined for supporting documents? Has it never been planned? Will it be defined after GoLive?

Thanks and best regards
Sandra

Hi Sandra,

There is no defined file naming convention for the individual supporting document files. There is also no plan to define any standard naming convention here.

We have defined standards for the file types (.txt, .pdf, .jpg, etc.) that will be supported. We have also defined file naming convention for the Supporting documents ZIP file which is used for transferring the supporting data offline via iiNET/IS-WEB.

Best regards
