ESAC on Billing Memos
On page 155 of the IS-PAX IDEC record Structure element 42 Settlement Authorization Code is shown as Conditional. We have been unable to find specific reference to the condition for this.
We believe is would be the same as the condition for ESAC on a ticket, ie the E-ticket indicator is "X". Please confirm this or advise correct condition.
