We've got a question concering protest process.

If a protest is raised for an invoice, will it be for the complete invoice amount or for the parts that are incorrect only?

Example: Invoice 50200 USD, first AWB should be 500 USD instead of 50000 USD, second AWB is correct with 200 USD.

Will the protested amount be 50200 USD or 50000 USD or 49700 USD?

Will the amount be discussed and agreed on by the entities involved?
