In what situation will we get rejection memo record (sfi 35) without rejection memo awb breakdown record (sfi 26)? The book says it might happen on reason code 99 (other). Can you give me an example of Other ? |

Hi Michael, This is just there to cover anything the Working Group had not seen before, as a catch-all. It is also there for one of those situations where a carrier is unsure which code to use, which should be very seldom, if at all. Best regards From: VOICHEK michael

The point of question may be like as following.
The beginning and closing of cargo billing cycle shall be based on an Airway Bill (number).
By the way, according to the ISPG, below billing data can be created without AWB breakdown record.
[1] SFI-35 without SFI-26
[2] SFI-55, 56 without SFI-27
If then, how can we audit the memo data without information of AWB number?
and how can we maintain the AWB transaction history by electronic processing?
