PDF Invoice
Dear Ashley, could you specify if we need to copy our invoice (pdf.) and upload them via IS – Web or it will be generated by SIS? This question appeared because there isn’t the copy of the invoice as a supporting document in ISPG? Can we image coupon listing in the format which is provided by our RA System or we need to use the determined form? |

Dear Lipikhina,
When you send billing information to SIS, SIS will create the PDF invoices on your behalf and dispatch to both you and the billed entity.
Coupon listings will also be created automatically by SIS.

How will these be dispatched? Airlines retrieve on the web or will it be in files that are sent to us via SIS?

Hi Lori, There are two ways to retrieve these PDF invoices: (1) manually via IS-Web, (2) through the Offline Archive Files dispatched via iiNET or downloaded on IS-Web. Regards, Ashley From: LIEN Lori [mailto:lori.lien@delta.com]
