Mandatory Elements for Rejection under Misc Billing
This with regard to Miscellaneous Billing Category. If a Misc invoice is being rejected is it necessary to provide all the elements which are mandatory during Misc outward billing as per the IS layout i.e. IS XML Standard V2.2 worksheet |

No. None of the elements within the LineItemDetail will be required.

Hello,
I've a question regarding your comment.
What if I rejected an invoice partially ? How will the receiver understand which item rejected if there will be no mandatory field ?
Thanks and regards.

It would be up to you to describe what you're rejecting in some way that's understandable, either by providing the breakdowns or a textual description.
As you noticed in your exchange with Nick, there are many, equally valid, ways to structure a Misc invoice.
It's possible you might reject a portion of a line item detail ($20 of the $100 detail). In this case, even providing the line item detail wouldn't be clear enough to show exactly what is being rejected.
