Accepted amount on RJM negative

Hi IATA.

We receive inward invoices from migrated SIS-carriers with rejections that show an accepted amount which is negative. With RAM stating that the accepted amount should always be the full coupon value and not the difference to the previous rejection stage, this should not be allowed. A full coupon value which is negative simply cannot happen.

We strongly recommend to add a SIS validation in this area and to reject RJM which show a value < 0 in "accepted amount".

Thanks
Claudia (LH)

Hi Claudia, Do you mind me asking, what Rejection Stage were the Rejections in question? Thanks, Michael.
