We are in the process of signing the SIS agreement. We would like to know whethear ELAL as an Israeli company needs to sign attachment G.

Dear Mira, With regards to Attachment G of the IS Participation Agreement, we would strongly advise you to seek advice from your Legal Department in completing this section. While this is an EU Directive, only your legal department will be able to advise on whether this still bears legal implications on ELAL. Kind regards, Ashley From: KOSTO mira
