Multiple Rejection Memo's

I have the follow question related to rejection containing multiple items.

Is it possible to create single items rejections as a rejection on the rejection from another airline containing the multiple items?

QUESTION ABOUT MULTIPLE REJECTION MEMOS (2nd- 3rd.)

Remarks: (RAM A10) Due to the fact that in last RAM45 the plenary approved to reject any document at any stage of rejection memos.

Background:

A)

Carrier A is rejecting 3 coupons under 1 RM (#999). Carrier B is counter-rejecting RM #999.

Can Carrier B raise 3 RM's for each coupon under RM #999?

Example A:

SFI21 –         RM 333 (Field 10), Your RM #999 (Field 17)

SFI32 –         RM 333 (Field 8a), Breakdown Serial Number 1 (Field 8b), Ticket/Document Number 074-1234567890 (Field 10/11) 

SFI21 –         RM 334 (Field 10), Your RM #999 (Field 17)

SFI32 –         RM 334 (Field 8a), Breakdown Serial Number 1 (Field 8b), Ticket/Document Number 074-1234567891 (Field 10/11) 

SFI21 –         RM 335 (Field 10), Your RM #999 (Field 17)

SFI32 –         RM 335 (Field 8a), Breakdown Serial Number 1 (Field 8b), Ticket/Document Number 074-1234567892 (Field 10/11)

Hi Robert,

 

As per RAM A10, Chapter 4.1.6, you cannot split the coupons for billings of 2nd and 3rd rejections. So in your example the 3 coupons need to be billed under one RM.

 

After the RA45, there was no change to Chapter 4.1.6 mentioned above. Perhaps you can provide me with the agenda item relating to your question below and we can further clarify?
