Error Status in Validation Report
Dear Team,
The error status/ Invoice Status in the sample validation is defined as 'X', 'C', 'V' and Error Code as BMISC.10197, BMISC.10105 etc. Could you please let us know the meaning of the values or provide some documentation where we can find the same.

HI Subhasish, The status is defined as below: ‘X’ – Failed ‘C’ – Correctable Error ‘V’ – Validated As for the error codes, there are descriptions directly beside the codes in the Validation report. Thank you for teh information. We have received an Error Status as 'Z'. Could you please let us know the meaning of the value. Also, kindly share the exaustive list of Error status.

The status is defined as below:
‘X’ – Failed
‘C’ – Correctable Error
‘V’ – Validated
As for the error codes, there are descriptions directly beside the codes in the Validation report. You can also find an exhaustive list of error codes in the SIS Materials folder on the forum.

Dear Subhasish, Z means that the file has sanity check error. Please see the ISPG v3.2, Section 12.16/IS-Validation CSV Report Formats, where all the invoice validation status are explained.
