IS-XML Validation Error- File not supported
Hi,
I send my misc mail category xml file and every file I send returns back with "file not supported" error.
I don’t know how to fix it.
Is there anyone knows why this error occurs? Attached, You can find the xml file which I sent and the validation file which I retrieved. |

Hi, The XML file you sent needs to be in a zipped before it can accepted and validated by SIS. Best regards From: kiyiklika
