Misc- Question IS-XML

Could you please clarify what type of information is expected in the field "Invoice Data" and "Invoice Data Name"?  We are debating it with our IT group and all we have to go by is the IX-XML and XSD which are not very clear.

I just want to make sure what we input will not cause the file to fail.

Best Regards,
Christina

Hi Christina,

These two fields are for exchanging bilateral information between the two carriers at an invoice level. The attribute name is mandatory, and any value can be provided. This will not cause the file to fail validation.

Hope this clarifies.
Best regards
