Availability of PDF invoice images in the supporting documents
Dear IATA,
We want to confirm if the availability of the PDF invoice image in the documents received from IATA is only dependent on the member's profile. i.e. if a menber profile is setup to receive PDF invoice images then it would always receive a PDF invoice image.

Dear Subhasish, When you submit invoices in SIS, PDF copies are automatically created and can be viewed in IS-Web. However, if you would like to receive them in your output files, then this will need to be configured in your Member Profile, as you may choose to receive these in your Offline Archive output files. Hi Ashley,
Thanks for this confirmation. Just to clarify one thing, if the profile is setup to receive PDF image, then the Billed member would be receive the PDF invoices even if the Blling member doesnot send any supporting documents.
Is my understanding fine.

When you submit invoices in SIS, PDF copies are automatically created and can be viewed in IS-Web. However, if you would like to receive them in your output files, then this will need to be configured in your Member Profile, as you may choose to receive these in your Offline Archive output files.
