Retrieve the input entered into the SIS system

Hi
This will be a great functionality to have. Is there a functionality for a billing entity to enter some data in one format and be able to retrieve the same from SIS system in another format?
This will be a great help for the Airlines that want an input to go to the Receivable system.
I had asked similar questions before, but it will be a very useful functionality to have, if the SIS system can give billed entity that option, I am sure for billing entity to retrieve their own data shouldn't be a big deal.

Thanks,
Sahil

Dear Sahil,

Thank you for this suggestion. Please can you provide us more information on why you would require this feature so that we can run this idea through the Working Group at the next meeting. If you need to provide an attachment, it can be done in this post.

Best regards

This will be a useful feature in case where the billing Airline is using IS-WEB to enter data. The Airline in this case can retrieve the IS-WEB data and use it in their respective receivable system.
Also, in cases where some Airlines are dependent on some vendors to send data directly to SIS. This feature will again help the Billing Airline to use the output to be used as an inpuit to receivable system.
It will be very useful to have such a feature available and I am sure lot of Airlines will welcome such a change.

Dear Sahil,

We currently have plans for this functionality for Miscellaneous billings in Release 1.1 of SIS – i.e. for Misc invoices captured in IS-Web, an IS-XML will be created for the billing entity to load into their accounting system.

Please note that there is a Processed Invoice CSV file that provides – on a per period basis – all the invoices you (or your supplier) has submitted. This will facilitate your internal reconciliation process.

Best regards
