FIM RJ for multiple coupons per pax
Dear Sir/Madam,
In ISPG 3.8.1 FIM Rejections, the scenario is for one coupon per pax. How shall the FIM billed member do for FIM with more than one coupon per passenger?
Take the typical example in RAM A2 2.6.1.1
UA 016 ticket
SYD UA LAX NZ LON LH FRA
NZ issue 086 FIM for
LAX AA NYC LH FRA
how shall 086 submit coupon breakdown rejecting AA/LH?
Shall 086 list coupon 2 for AA and 3 for LH, or 2 and 3 for both AA and LH?
I suppose there is no rule to prorate the value of any FIM coupon to the two coupons(2&3) of the 016 ticket.
If the suggestion is the former option, I have to ask what if 3 ticket coupons issued to a FIM with 2 coupons. |

Hi Tzung-hsing, The option is available to list both the coupons for both AA and LH in the breakdown records . Similarly, if 3 coupons get exchanged into a FIM with 2 legs, then all 3 legs can be listed in the breakdown records as they are part of the re-route. Hope that clarifies.
