Supporting documents with Receivables

Good morning will the offline archive with the RECEIVABLES supporting documents contain only the PDF of the invoices or will they also include the original documents sent out by the billing entity?

Dear Micaela,

Essentially no, the Offline Archive Files do not just contain the PDF. In your Member Profile, you have the option to configure what you would like to receive in your Offline Archive Files. These include: Invoice PDFs, details listings, memos, supporting documents, and Digital Signature  files.
This is the same for both Passenger and Miscellaneous billings. Please also take note that under Miscellaneous billings there will be no memos.

Hope this clarifies.
Best regards
