New Form C reason codes
Hi.
We would like to suggest new reason codes for Form C:
a) Coupon used by FIM
b) Ash cloud - ok, might be a little too special but maybe something like "natural catastrophe" which would apply to earth quakes, floods, etc as well? In fact, we have lots of such items right now and have created an applicable internal reason for this. We would like to suggest this reason to avoid using "others" for all these situations which would not be one-off situations but occur in high numbers.

For Coupon used by FIM, we have a reason code 3C - Billable item other than Flight Coupon which covers this scenario.
Regarding Ash Cloud or Natural Catastrophe, not sure how this is linked with Sampling billing UAF reasons. If a FIM was issued to accomodate passengers impacted by natural disasters then the reason code 3C is still applicable for such cases.
