Paper documentation
Please, we shall sign Participation Agreement during next week, but we shall continue our work with old IDEC, sending paper documents (INVs, cpn listing...), F12 file.. Please to clarify us till when we can send paper documentation to migrated and non-migrated companies? Thanks and brgds. Vera |

Hi Vera, The Old IDEC is schedule to be discontinued in Sept 2012 – please see the Key Dates section of the SIS website for more details on dates and milestones of SIS. However, please take note of a couple things: (1) If your billing partners send you invoices in SIS, and you would like to dispute these invoices, you will need to do so in SIS as well. (2) Migrated members have the option of blocking F12 claims from their partners as early as Sep 2012 also – they can provide a 6-month notice before this option takes effect, and they can provide this notice as soon as the 6-month hold (from SIS go-live) enforced by the ICH Panel is lifted. Please see the Grace period for inward and outward billings in the Rules, Policies, and Codes for more details on this. Best,
