Cargo Memo Data without AWB number

Hi,

The beginning and closing of cargo billing cycle shall be based on an Airway Bill (number).

By the way, according to the ISPG, below billing data can be created without AWB breakdown record.

[1] SFI-35 without SFI-26

[2] SFI-55, 56 without SFI-27

If then, how can we audit the memo data without information of AWB number?

and how can we maintain the AWB transaction history by electronic processing?

Best regards

Hi,

There are certain cases where an AWB breakdown is not required in a rejection memo. These are special cases and in Cargo we have provided only one code 99 (Others), for which the breakdown is not required. All other reason codes require the SFI-26 record.

Hope that clarifies.

Regards,

Ashley
