IDEC files to support
Hi,
In case that we (Cargo), upgrade into SIS on April 2012: we should support Old-IDECs and SIS-IDEC.
There is no need for us to support the Down Graded IDEC.
Am I correct?

Dear Michael,
Yes - you are correct. Once you migrate Cargo billings in April 2012, you will need to support both old IDEC and IS-IDEC, but not down-converted IDEC.
