Part Number Sales
Dear all,
In case of sale of stocks, can we use the value "unknown" even if it is not about consumable?
Charge Category : Engineering
Charge Code : Sales and Purchase
Field Name : PartNo

Hi Eric, The “unknown” value should only be used for consumables that do not have part numbers. If it is not a consumable then it generally should have part number. Therefore we would advise that you collect this information and not use the value “unknown”. Regards, Ashley From: BERANGER Eric
